Know whether assisted inspection would hold up on your line
A focused study using your own sample images, so the answer reflects your plant rather than a general claim.
Back to homeWhat this study delivers
At the end of three weeks, you will have a clear, evidenced answer about whether image-based checking can support your current inspection station — including which defect classes it handles well and which it does not, so any next decision is grounded in your own data.
A familiar starting point
Many manufacturers hear claims about automated inspection but have no way to test them against their own parts without committing to expensive equipment first. That uncertainty is reasonable, and it is exactly what this study is built to resolve before any larger decision is made.
How we approach it
We visit your site to capture sample images under the lighting your line actually uses, not a laboratory setup. Those images are tested against your known defect classes, and the detection rates are reported honestly, including where results fall short.

¥29,800
This covers the full three-week scope: the site visit, image capture, detection testing, and the written report. There are no additional fees for the study as scoped.
- Written report with sample results by defect class
- Outline of lighting or fixture changes that would be needed
- Site visit included in the price
How results are measured
Detection rates are calculated against the labelled defect classes you provide, using the sample images captured during the site visit. Results are broken down per class rather than presented as a single average, since averages can hide weak spots.
Where we stand
If a defect class shows weak detection, that is included in the report rather than omitted. An initial conversation about whether this study fits your situation carries no obligation.
